Delivery Driver

Key Responsibilities

• Delivery Operations
• Deliver products to customers, branches, and other designated locations on time.
• Follow the assigned delivery route and daily schedule.
• Collect delivery acknowledgements, invoices, and other required documents.
• Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and without unnecessary delays.
• Product Handling
• Check the quantity and condition of goods before leaving the warehouse.
• Handle products carefully during loading, transportation, and unloading.
• Report any shortage, damage, mismatch, or delivery issue immediately to the concerned manager.
• Vehicle Responsibility
• Maintain the company vehicle in clean and good working condition.
• Conduct basic checks of fuel, tyres, brakes, lights, and other essential vehicle conditions.
• Immediately report vehicle breakdowns, accidents, damages, or maintenance requirements.
• Follow the company's Vehicle Movement Register and record vehicle usage as required.
• Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain delivery records, customer acknowledgements, and other assigned documents.
• Submit completed delivery details to the Operations/Warehouse team daily.
• Report pending, failed, or delayed deliveries immediately.
• Customer Coordination
• Maintain polite and professional communication with customers.
• Coordinate with customers regarding delivery timing and location.
• Inform the concerned team if the customer is unavailable or if there is any delivery-related issue.
• Safety & Compliance
• Follow all traffic rules and company safety policies.
• Drive responsibly and avoid speeding or unsafe driving.
• Ensure the safety of products, vehicle, and other road users.
• Do not use the company vehicle for unauthorized personal purposes.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
