Delivery Driver

About the role

Brills Marketing Corporation is seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver to join our growing team in Metro Manila. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products reach customers safely and on time. As a Delivery Driver, you will be the face of our company, representing our commitment to excellent service and customer satisfaction. This role is essential to our operations, directly contributing to customer experience and our reputation for dependable logistics services.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain company vehicles in safe, legal and efficient manner
• Plan and execute optimal delivery routes to meet scheduled delivery times
• Load, secure and unload packages and materials safely, following proper handling procedures
• Deliver packages and goods to designated locations, collecting payments or signatures as required
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including proof of delivery documentation and route sheets
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any mechanical issues or damage immediately
• Provide professional and courteous customer service, addressing inquiries and handling complaints appropriately
• Comply with all traffic laws, safety regulations and company policies at all times
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle
• Communicate effectively with dispatch team regarding delivery status and any obstacles encountered

What we're looking for

• Valid Philippine driver's license (professional license preferred) 123 or ABC

• Minimum 2 years of experience in delivery or driving roles

• Clean driving record with no major traffic violations

• Strong knowledge of Metro Manila roads and navigation skills

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Reliable, punctual and professional attitude

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer interactions

• Proficiency with GPS and route planning tools

• Experience with delivery management systems or mobile applications is preferred
