Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods efficiently and safely to various locations, ensuring timely deliveries. Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles, including vans, to deliver parcels to customers.
• Plan delivery routes effectively to optimise efficiency and meet scheduled deadlines.
• Load and unload items, some heavy lifting, with attention to safety procedures.
• Communicate professionally with cu upon delivery, providing excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation and report any issues or delays promptly.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
• Follow all traffic laws and company policies during deliveries.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar commercial driving role.
• Valid driver’s licence appropriate for the vehicle type, including any necessary endorsements (e.g., driver).
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Good organisational skills for route planning and time management.
• Knowledge of traffic laws and safe driving practices.
