Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products to customers across designated routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Manage delivery schedules efficiently, optimizing routes for timely arrivals and minimizing delays.
• Engage with customers professionally, providing excellent service and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Handle heavy lifting of packages or merchandise with proper technique to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Upsell additional products or services when appropriate, enhancing customer satisfaction and sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures, receipts, and route logs.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and perform basic maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and readiness.

Experience

• Proven experience in commercial driving or delivery roles with a clean driving record.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple deliveries and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members.
• Knowledge of route driving techniques and familiarity with GPS navigation tools.
• Ability to perform math calculations accurately for pricing adjustments or change handling.
• Physical capability for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or walking during shifts.
• Experience in sales or upselling strategies is a plus.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
