If you like staying active, working independently and finishing the day knowing exactly what you accomplished, this could be a great fit. We are looking for a reliable Delivery Driver to join our Fayetteville team and complete local deliveries safely, accurately and with friendly customer service.

What you can expect

• Pay: $21–$23.95 per hour
• Schedules: Full-time and part-time day schedules available
• Location: Fayetteville, NC
• Vehicle: Company delivery vehicle provided during working hours
• Training: Paid route, vehicle and delivery-system training
• License: A commercial driver’s license is not required

Your route

Once your vehicle is loaded, you will follow an assigned local route and manage each delivery using a mobile scanning and navigation system. Most of the day is spent on the road, moving between the vehicle and delivery locations, with support available from the dispatch team when plans change.

As a Delivery Driver, you will:

• Load packages in route order and check that deliveries match the daily manifest.
• Operate the company vehicle responsibly and follow traffic and safety procedures.
• Deliver packages to homes and businesses within the Fayetteville area.
• Scan items and record accurate proof of delivery.
• Follow delivery instructions and communicate professionally with customers.
• Report delays, damaged packages or address issues to dispatch.
• Return undelivered items and complete end-of-route procedures.
• Keep the delivery vehicle organized and complete basic safety checks.

What you’ll need

• A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
• Confidence using a smartphone, navigation app and delivery scanner.
• The ability to enter and exit a vehicle regularly throughout the shift.
• The ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds, with reasonable accommodation where applicable.
• A dependable approach to attendance, safety and customer service.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Previous delivery experience is not required. Experience from warehouse work, retail, hospitality, customer service or other active roles can transfer well, and paid training will help you learn the route process.
