Long Tail Logistics, a locally owned Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP), is hiring dependable, motivated Delivery Drivers and Delivery Associates to deliver Amazon packages throughout the greater Baltimore and Harford County areas.

We're hiring drivers from Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Harford County, and surrounding Maryland communities!

Our delivery station is located in Edgewood, MD, and we welcome applicants from:

• Baltimore City: Northeast Baltimore, East Baltimore, Hamilton, Lauraville, and surrounding neighborhoods
• Baltimore County: White Marsh, Perry Hall, Parkville, Rosedale, Essex, Middle River, Nottingham, Dundalk, and Towson
• Harford County: Edgewood, Bel Air, Aberdeen, Abingdon, Joppa, Fallston, Havre de Grace, and surrounding areas

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As an Amazon DSP Delivery Driver with Long Tail Logistics, you'll operate a company-provided delivery van and deliver packages to residential and commercial customers.

Your daily responsibilities include:

• Report to our Edgewood, MD delivery station for scheduled shifts
• Complete vehicle safety inspections before and after each route
• Load and organize packages for efficient delivery
• Safely operate a company delivery van on local routes
• Deliver Amazon packages using a GPS-enabled delivery application
• Navigate city streets, suburban neighborhoods, and rural roads
• Maintain a steady, efficient pace throughout your shift
• Lift, carry, and deliver packages of varying sizes and weights
• Communicate with dispatch about delays, route challenges, or delivery issues
• Follow traffic laws, company safety policies, and delivery procedures
• Provide friendly, professional customer service
• Return to the station at the end of your route

This is an active, physically demanding delivery position that requires independence, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

DELIVERY DRIVER REQUIREMENTS

To qualify, applicants must:

• Be at least 21 years old
• Have a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Successfully complete required background screening and drug testing
• Have reliable transportation to our Edgewood delivery station
• Be able to lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Be able to perform frequent walking, bending, reaching, and entering/exiting a delivery van, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Be able to work physically demanding shifts lasting up to 10 hours
• Follow safety procedures and delivery standards
• Work independently while communicating effectively with dispatch and management
• Demonstrate dependable attendance, punctuality, and professionalism

No CDL is required. No previous delivery experience is necessary. We provide paid training.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Previous experience is helpful but not required.

• Commercial or company vehicle driving

SCHEDULE & WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Expected hours: 10–40 per week, depending on scheduling and route availability

• Local delivery routes with no overnight travel
• Regularly scheduled routes, subject to business needs
• Work performed outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Drivers begin and end their shifts at our Edgewood, Maryland station
