Responsibilities

• Safely operate personal vehicle to deliver laundry along designated routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
• Manage delivery schedules efficiently, ensuring timely arrivals and departures at each stop
• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries, including heavy lifting when necessary, while maintaining proper safety protocols
• Communicate clearly with customers upon delivery, answer questions, and address any concerns professionally
• Upsell additional products or services when appropriate, enhancing customer satisfaction and sales opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel usage for organizational tracking
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly to ensure optimal vehicle performance

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Proven experience in driving and route navigation
• Strong math skills for handling pricing calculations and inventory management
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during loading/unloading processes
• Organizational skills to manage delivery schedules and documentation accurately
• Prior military experience is a plus, demonstrating discipline, reliability, and strong work ethic
• Knowledge of merchandising practices and sales techniques is advantageous
