Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and energetic Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you'll be the friendly face delivering our products directly to customers, ensuring timely and safe transportation. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and enjoys driving while building positive relationships with clients. Responsibilities

• Safely operate commercial vehicles, including trucks and automobiles, following all DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and safety practices.
• Deliver products to retail stores and customers promptly while maintaining accurate delivery documentation.
• Assist with loading and unloading merchandise, practicing safe lifting techniques for heavy items.
• Communicate effectively with clients to confirm delivery details and address any questions or concerns professionally.
• Maintain organized routes using route driving skills to optimize delivery efficiency.
• Support merchandising efforts by organizing deliveries and ensuring products are presented well upon arrival.
• Uphold excellent customer service standards by building positive relationships and representing the company professionally.

Skills

• Experience in commercial truck driving or automobile transportation is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of route driving, traffic laws, and DOT regulations.
• Basic math skills for handling pricing, invoices, and delivery calculations.
• Ability to upsell products when appropriate to enhance sales opportunities.
• Good communication skills for client interaction and team coordination.
• Physical ability for heavy lifting and safe lifting practices during loading/unloading processes.
• Organizational skills to manage schedules efficiently and keep accurate records.
