Every driver must be present to receive their own SpeedX driver account.

Every driver has their own individual account.

Every Driver MUST have there own vehicle and insurance!

IMPORTANT REMINDERS

No Mailbox Deliveries

Do NOT place packages inside a mailbox under ANY circumstances.
Potential USPS fine: Up to $1,000

Make Your First 3 Photos Perfect

Your first three delivery photos should be:

Clear
Not blurry
Package visible
Delivery location visible

Failed Packages

All failed/undelivered packages must be returned within 24 hours.
Take clear photos of ALL failed packages.

Claims

Claims begin at $65.
Missing package claims = $65 minimum.
Claims are processed on Tuesdays.
Supporting documentation must be submitted by Monday.

Saturday through Friday
