Delivery Driver

Responsible for monitoring the receiving, dispatching, warehousing, and forwarding of

merchandise.

Responsibilities

 Perform day-to-day activities.

 Ensure the delivery of all merchandise and items in transit to respective branches or customers, and

secure acknowledgment from recipients.

 Monitor proper handling and delivery of all items and merchandise during transit and upon delivery.

 Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all items and merchandise scheduled for delivery.

 Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by consistently meeting service standards, addressing

concerns promptly, and fostering positive customer interactions that lead to commendations and

feedback.

 Maintain and ensure the safety of delivery vehicles, conducting regular inspections, keeping trucks

clean and functional, and reporting issues proactively.

Key Qualifications

 At least a high school graduate or senior high school graduate

 Must possess a valid driver’s license code A-D
