Delivery Driver - FedEx ISP (Cargo Van → Step Van)

Gill Heritage Logistics, a FedEx ISP pickup and delivery business, is seeking dependable, safety-focused Cargo Van Delivery Drivers to perform pickup and delivery services for Federal Express Corporation.

This position is a strong fit for both individuals who are new to professional delivery and experienced last-mile cargo-van delivery drivers who are looking for an opportunity to advance.

If you already know how to run a delivery route but have reached the ceiling of what you can earn driving a cargo van for a flat hourly rate, we want to talk to you.

Our Cargo Van Driver position is designed to provide a clear path into our Step Van Delivery Driver role, where drivers take on larger routes, greater responsibility, and significantly greater earning potential while operating large commercial vehicles, .

Previous professional delivery experience is not required, although experienced cargo-van and last-mile delivery drivers are strongly encouraged to apply.

Compensation

• $150–$200 per day, depending upon route, performance, and volume/demand
• Paid training
• Paid sick time
• Significant earning potential with advancement
• Senior Step Van Delivery Drivers can earn as much as $400 in a day

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company-provided cargo-van delivery vehicle
• Complete assigned pickup and delivery routes
• Load, organize, scan, and deliver packages accurately
• Provide professional and courteous service to FedEx customers
• Follow all company and FedEx safety and operating procedures at all times
• Maintain strong scanning, service, and route-completion performance
• Communicate effectively with managers and other members of the operations team

Advancement Opportunities

This is not intended to be a position where a strong driver remains in a cargo van indefinitely.

The Cargo Van Delivery Driver role is designed to prepare successful employees to advance into our Step Van operation once established safety, reliability, service, and performance benchmarks have been met.

You will have the opportunity to learn our operation in a smaller vehicle and on an appropriate route while demonstrating that you are ready for additional responsibility.

Strong performers may advance into positions such as:

• Step Van Delivery Driver
• Senior Step Van Delivery Driver
• Assistant Manager
• Operations or management roles

For experienced cargo-van drivers, this position provides an opportunity to take the skills you already have and move toward a higher-level driving position with substantially greater earning potential.

For individuals who are newer to professional delivery, it provides an opportunity to learn the job the right way in a smaller vehicle before progressing into a larger commercial step van.
