Delivery Driver / Fleet manager with experience

Gridworks Delivery LLC is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP), looking for an upbeat and energetic team member to deliver packages to customers and help keep our fleet of vans on the road. Our Delivery Associates (DA’s) work safely to get every order to the customer’s door on time and rely on having our vans in good shape and ready to go as needed .

For this position we are looking for a DA that also has some fleet management experience at a DSP. If this is you, let’s talk.

A company vehicle is provided for daily use. (A CDL license is NOT needed) Approximate hours are 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Shifts range between 8-10 hours per day and are available 7 days per week. Most of our employees will work full-time on either a Sunday – Wednesday shift or a Wednesday-Saturday shift. We will offer some part-time shifts.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Safely drive and operate the delivery vehicle at all times, following all company rules and vehicle regulations.
• Using a company supplied handheld device for routing information, customer delivery information, and marking deliveries completed.
• Navigate a variety of routes throughout Jackson County and surrounding areas.
• Must be comfortable driving and working outside in varying weather conditions.
• Load packages into your van each morning.
• Inspecting your van pre-shift and post-shift each day.
• Perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation: Lift packages up to 50 lbs, walk for up to 9 hours a day and climb stairs.
• Work part of your day and/or week as a fleet manager and minor repair person for a new and growing DSP.

Basic Requirements:

• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Ability to work one weekend day each week

Pay: $21.50 - $23.50 per hour
