The Role

This is a casual driving role averaging 38 hours per week, with opportunities for permanent full-time employment. You’ll complete local and Melbourne delivery routes, with a varied workload where no two days are exactly the same. Optional Saturday and Sunday overtime is also available.

You’ll be part of a well‑established, friendly logistics team, representing Gouge out on the road and with our customers.

Your day will include:

• Completing scheduled local and Melbourne delivery routes
• Delivering and collecting linen and garments
• Providing excellent customer service and building strong customer relationships
• Using a driver PDA to track deliveries and manage workloads
• Working closely with the logistics team to ensure smooth daily operations

What You’ll Bring

• HR Licence (minimum) – essential

• Minimum 2 years’ driving experience

• Multi‑drop delivery experience (desirable)

• Strong customer service skills

• Forklift licence (highly regarded but not essential)

• Confidence working with delivery and logistics software

• A reliable, safety‑focused, team‑first attitude
