Position: DELIVERYMAN/ LIAISON OFFICER

Qualifications

• With valid professional Driver's license

• With clean driving record

• Must be knowledgeable in Bacolod and Out of town route

• Flexible and willing to work overtime

• Can work ASAP

• Knowledgeable in vehicle maintenance

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Delivery Functions

• Deliver medical supplies, equipment, and documents to clients and company branches.

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.

• Assist in loading and unloading of items.

• Check items before and after delivery.

• Secure delivery receipts and ensure proper signatures.

• Return signed documents to the office.

2. Liaison Functions

• Process permits and documents to government agencies and private institutions.

• Submit and pick up documents such as permits, billing documents, and applications.

• Coordinate with offices regarding document requirements.

• Monitor status of submitted documents.

3. Vehicle and Equipment Care

• Maintain cleanliness of company motorcycle or vehicle.

• Ensure vehicle is in good running condition.

• Report mechanical issues immediately.

• Follow traffic rules and safety regulations.

4. Operational Support

• Assist in receiving and organizing stocks.

• Help in arranging and transferring supplies.

• Assist in branch errands and operational tasks.

• Support branch activities when required.

5. Documentation

• Maintain delivery logs and trip records.

• Ensure proper handling of official documents.

• Submit daily delivery and liaison reports when required.
