Following our continued growth and success, we are excited to announce that we are expanding our operations into Lutterworth, Leicestershire, with a NEW delivery operation starting on 25th October 2026!

We are now recruiting reliable, motivated and enthusiastic Self-Employed Delivery Drivers to join our expanding team at Amazon DBI7 – Magna Park, Lutterworth.

We welcome applications from candidates living in Lutterworth, Rugby, Hinckley, Coventry, Nuneaton, Leicester, Market Harborough and surrounding areas.

We have both short-term Peak Season opportunities and potential longer-term positions, depending on operational requirements.

Whether you're an experienced delivery driver or completely new to the industry, we provide the training, equipment and support you need to get started.

WHO CAN APPLY?

Due to our current insurance requirements, applicants must:

• Be at least 21 years old
• Have held a valid UK or EU Driving Licence for at least 12 months
• Have no more than 6 penalty points on their driving licence
• Be reliable, professional and comfortable working independently
• Have a positive attitude towards customer service
• Be physically capable of handling parcels safely

NO PREVIOUS DELIVERY EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED!

Previous delivery experience is welcome, but we provide full paid training to help you become a confident Delivery Associate.

THE ROLE

As a Delivery Associate, you will:

• Deliver parcels to residential and commercial addresses
• Provide excellent customer service
• Use modern delivery technology to follow pre-planned routes
• Work independently and manage your day efficiently
• Handle parcels of different shapes and sizes safely and professionally
• Represent Fantastic Logistics to a high professional standard
