We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and "hands-on" individual to join our Perth team. This dual role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of physical warehouse work and the independence of being on the road. You will be the final link in our supply chain, ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliveries: Working as part of a two-person team, perform multi-drop deliveries to customers across the Perth metro area using a small Pantec truck (Manual C Class License Required!)
• Stock Management: Assist with receiving, unloading containers, and checking incoming stock against delivery dockets.
• Order Picking: Accurately pick and pack customer mattress orders for dispatch.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and showroom environment in accordance with WHS standards.
• Vehicle Care: Conduct daily safety checks on the company vehicle and report any maintenance needs.
• Assisting: Assisting the sales team with tasks when required.

To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate the following specific capabilities:

• Customer-Focused Attitude: Possess a positive, friendly, and helpful demeanor when interacting with customers to ensure high satisfaction.
• Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent verbal and non-verbal communication abilities, including active listening and professional image maintenance.
• Driving Ability: Be capable of driving a small manual delivery vehicle for scheduled client deliveries.
• Work Rights: Must have Australian work rights with no restriction on hours.
• Availability: Be fully available to work a Tuesday through Friday schedule approximately 30-hours.
