Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, with some Saturdays 8:00 AM–12:00 PM

About the Position

Turf Sellers is a growing landscape supply company in Phoenix specializing in artificial turf, pavers, block, travertine, and other outdoor construction materials.

We are looking for a dependable and safety-focused Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate to join our team.

This is primarily a delivery driving position with additional warehouse responsibilities when not on the road. Our drivers make deliveries throughout the Phoenix Valley and across Arizona using company trucks and trailers.

Starting pay is $18–$25 per hour depending on driving experience, CDL/medical card, qualifications, and ability to operate our delivery vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Safely complete customer and job-site deliveries throughout Arizona
• Operate company delivery trucks and trailers
• Verify delivery addresses, materials, quantities, and paperwork before leaving
• Properly load, balance, and secure materials for transportation
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules
• Communicate with the logistics team regarding delays, delivery issues, or changes
• Provide professional and courteous customer service at delivery locations
• Obtain required signatures, photos, and delivery confirmations
• Keep assigned vehicles clean, organized, fueled, and ready for operation
• Report maintenance, damage, or safety concerns immediately
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks and trailers
• Pull and stage customer orders when not completing deliveries
• Assist with receiving incoming inventory and vendor shipments
• Operate forklifts and other approved material-handling equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, yard, and loading area

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Clean and acceptable driving record
• Dependable and punctual
• Comfortable operating trucks and trailers
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow routes and delivery instructions
• Professional attitude and good customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to perform physical work and handle heavy materials
• Comfortable working outdoors in Arizona weather
• Willing to assist with warehouse operations when not making deliveries
• Must be available Monday–Friday from 7:00 AM–4:00 PM and some Saturdays from 8:00 AM–12:00 PM

CDL & DOT Medical Card

CDL is a plus but is not required for all candidates.

A current DOT Medical Card is Required.

Applicants with a CDL, DOT Medical Card, commercial driving experience, or experience operating larger trucks and trailers may qualify for higher starting pay within the posted range.

• Load securement
• Forklift operation
• Landscape or construction supply
• Pavers, block, artificial turf, or hardscape materials
• Familiarity with Phoenix and statewide Arizona delivery routes

Schedule

Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Some Saturdays: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM

This is a full-time, in-person position based out of our Phoenix warehouse.

Compensation

$18.00–$25.00 per hour

Starting compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.
