Delivery Driver/Warehouse Operative

We are a Catering Equipment Hire firm based in Wrecclesham, Farnham, Surrey.

We are currently looking for someone to join our team for Driving to and from Customers with Hire Equipment. When not driving, you will be required to help within the warehouse.

Your job role:

Reviewing your orders prior to delivery.

Load your delivery and gather relevant paperwork. On return you are required to unload your vehicle, with the relevant paperwork attached.

Ensure timely delivery or collection of goods to and from our customers.

You must have excellent customer service skills, some of whom are quite prestigious.

Maintain communication with the office, informing them of any changes during your day.

Keep an accurate record of all of your deliveries and collections.

Drive safely and follow all laws and rules of driving to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.

Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations within the work place.

Must have good work ethics.

Skills needed:

Previous experience useful.

Licence must have been held for at least 5 years.

Be smart in appearance.

Have a full UK Driving Licence (maximum of 6 points)

Have the right to work in the UK.

Physically fit as the job entails some heavy lifting.

If you are interested in advancement, then the company will offer further driver training towards your CPC Class 2 licence.

Info:

Hours of work are 8am to 4pm Mon to Friday.

Over time during busy months is paid at One and half times on a Saturday or evening work, and double time on a Sunday.

20 days holiday a year.
