We are seeking a motivated and dependable Delivery Driver/Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Safely operate box trucks, commercial trucks, and personal vehicles for delivery routes, adhering strictly to traffic regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) standards.
• Load and unload shipments using manual handling techniques, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks.
• Manage warehouse operations including inventory organization, stock rotation, and maintaining a clean workspace.
• Execute accurate delivery driving by following planned routes using mobile devices or route navigation tools to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Load and secure cargo properly to prevent damage during transit, utilizing safe lifting practices and weight handling procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service by delivering products professionally, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring satisfaction upon delivery.
• Maintain detailed records of deliveries, pickups, and warehouse activities while complying with all safety protocols and DOT regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in delivery driving or warehouse work with a focus on manual handling and material movement.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating box trucks or commercial trucks preferred.
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles and manual handling equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (certification is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of traffic laws, route planning, and adherence to DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations.
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting safely and consistently throughout the workday.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing warehouse tasks and delivery schedules.
• Customer service-oriented mindset with effective communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
