Responsibilities

• Safely operate a box truck or similar commercial vehicle to deliver products to customers across designated routes. NO CDL NEEDED.
• Load and unload shipments using equipment such as Dolly, forklifts, ensuring proper handling and safety protocols
• Assist with warehouse organization, including moving inventory and maintaining cleanliness and orderliness
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries by addressing questions and ensuring a positive experience
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving, including manual transmission operation if applicable
• Verify delivery accuracy, obtain signatures, and complete delivery documentation accurately
• Collaborate with team members to optimize route planning and improve overall delivery efficiency

Skills

• Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, with a strong focus on route driving and customer service excellence
• Warehouse experience including load & unload procedures, heavy lifting, and inventory management
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating box trucks or similar vehicles preferred
• Ability to operate forklifts, and manual transmission vehicles safely and efficiently
• Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting, moving items, and extended periods of standing or walking
• Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members
• Knowledge of safety protocols related to commercial driving, warehouse operations, and equipment use
