Coffee Route Delivery & Service Representative

Overview

Join Mill Creek Coffee’s delivery and service team, supplying local businesses with coffee, equipment, and breakroom essentials. Based at our West Middlesex facility, you’ll manage daily deliveries, prepare upcoming orders, check customer inventory, and provide basic coffee equipment service.

This hands-on role combines driving, customer relationships, order preparation, and warehouse support. We’re looking for someone dependable and organized who takes ownership of their route and helps keep operations moving when deliveries are light.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming orders and ensure products are pulled, checked, and staged for the next day’s deliveries.
• Organize delivery routes and load the company vehicle safely, verifying quantities and products against each order.
• Deliver coffee and supplies accurately and provide friendly, professional service at each stop.
• Use Shopify and our delivery tools to track orders, record delivery details, and mark orders fulfilled after delivery.
• Check inventory at customer locations with established par levels, replenish supplies to agreed quantities, and record products provided accurately.
• Check coffee machines during visits, clean equipment, replace pots or airpots as needed, and perform basic service after training.
• Report equipment problems and coordinate larger repairs with our service team.
• Communicate customer requests, shortages, delivery changes, and service needs to the appropriate team members.
• Support warehouse operations when deliveries are light, including picking orders, receiving products, organizing shelves, counting inventory, and preparing shipments.
• Use handheld devices to record inventory movements and help keep stock levels accurate.
• Complete routine vehicle checks and keep the vehicle and work areas clean and organized.
• Follow safe driving, lifting, food handling, and equipment procedures.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets company insurance requirements.
• Delivery, route service, warehouse, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong organization and attention to detail when preparing orders, counting inventory, and documenting deliveries.
• Comfortable using smartphones, handheld scanners, and digital order systems; willingness to learn Shopify and our delivery tools.
• Friendly, professional communication and the ability to build relationships with customers.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn coffee equipment cleaning and service.
• Ability to safely load, unload, and move cases of coffee, supplies, and equipment, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Dependable attendance and the ability to work independently while coordinating with the warehouse and service teams.
• Flexibility to help with warehouse tasks and other daily operations as route needs change.

You’ll learn our coffees, customer accounts, equipment, and delivery systems while helping businesses keep their coffee service stocked and running smoothly.

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
