Responsibilities

• Safely operate box trucks, vans, or personal vehicles to deliver goods to customers’ locations while adhering to traffic regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) standards
• Load, unload, and organize products using manual handling techniques and material handling equipment such as pallet jacks
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance with commercial driving regulations
• Manage warehouse operations including moving inventory, stacking pallets, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace
• Use mobile devices for route navigation, delivery documentation, and communication with team members
• Load and unload shipments efficiently using manual handling practices and material handling equipment like pallet jacks or carts
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring timely deliveries and addressing any delivery-related questions or concerns

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Strong understanding of safe lifting practices, heavy lifting techniques, and weight handling in the workplace
• Familiarity with DOT regulations and adherence to traffic laws during route driving
• Experience with manual handling tasks such as moving boxes, pallets, or heavy items safely
• Excellent organizational skills for route planning and delivery schedules
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high safety standards and customer service excellence
