Duties

• Safely operate box trucks, vans, or personal vehicles for local deliveries, following all DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and traffic laws
• Load, unload, and move materials using manual handling techniques and equipment such as pallet jacks or material handling carts
• Accurately load and secure goods in delivery vehicles to prevent damage during transit
• Deliver products directly to customers’ locations, providing friendly and professional customer service throughout each interaction
• Maintain accurate delivery logs using mobile devices or handheld scanners, ensuring proper documentation of deliveries and pickups
• Assist in warehouse operations including inventory management, stock replenishment, and organizing storage areas
• Use manual transmission vehicles when required, demonstrating safe driving practices at all times

Experience

• MUST BE OVER THE AGE OF 21!!!
• Prior warehouse experience with material handling equipment operation such as pallet jacks or forklifts is preferred
• Proven delivery driver experience with knowledge of route planning and driving commercial trucks or vans
• Familiarity with manual handling techniques for heavy lifting and moving items safely in a warehouse setting
• Experience adhering to traffic regulations, DOT rules, and safe lifting practices during daily operations
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients
• Ability to operate mobile devices for route navigation, delivery confirmation, and record keeping
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience driving box trucks or commercial trucks is highly desirable

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
