Role: Onshore Delivery/Engagement Manager

Location: Doha, Qatar

Job Description: -

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the Temenos T24 Upgrade and Core Banking Transformation Program.
• Act as the primary program interface between the bank, Temenos, implementation partners, and key stakeholders.
• Establish and manage program governance, steering committees, and executive reporting.
• Own program scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, and overall delivery outcomes.
• Coordinate business, operations, technology, and PMO workstreams to ensure successful execution.
• Manage onshore and offshore delivery teams, vendors, and third-party stakeholders.
• Drive solution implementation across Temenos T24 modules and associated banking systems.
• Govern integration activities with channels, payments, digital banking, and enterprise applications.
• Oversee data migration strategy, execution, reconciliation, and business sign-off.
• Lead SIT, UAT, performance testing, readiness assessments, and defect resolution activities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, security, and internal governance requirements.
• Drive business readiness, organizational change management, training, and user adoption.
• Lead cutover planning, mock migrations, dress rehearsals, and production go-live activities.
• Manage hypercare, stabilization, and transition to business-as-usual support operations.
• Provide leadership and strategic direction to deliver business transformation objectives and maximize program benefits.
