About this role

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Engineer – Testing & Commissioning (Data Center & Critical Infrastructure) to lead site execution, system testing, commissioning, and operational handover for critical facility projects.

In this hands-on technical role, you will supervise site commissioning activities, perform root-cause troubleshooting, ensure strict safety and specifications compliance, and train engineers/technicians to ensure smooth project completion and high operational reliability.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop technical personnel in equipment operation, commissioning procedures and troubleshooting.
• Apply strong hands-on expertise in system commissioning, testing, operation and maintenance.
• Supervise commissioning activities for compliance with technical specifications, procedures, safety requirements and project standards.
• Provide technical training and guidance to engineers, technicians and operators.
• Perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Apply structured problem-solving to system failures, operational issues and commissioning challenges.
• Coordinate with project, engineering and site teams to support smooth commissioning and successful system handover.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.

• 3–5 years of experience in electrical power systems, control schemes, and hands-on site execution for mission-critical facilities or Data Center projects.

• Solid background in electrical power systems, control schemes, and hands-on site execution for mission-critical facilities.

• Prior experience with Data Center projects or high-availability critical infrastructure environments.

• Direct experience in commissioning and troubleshooting key infrastructure systems, including:

  • Power Systems: UPS, Static Transfer Switches (STS), Power Distribution Units / Power Transformers (PTU), Rectifiers, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), Smart Grid, and EV Charging systems.
  • Cooling & Controls: Precision Cooling (CRAH, CRAC, CDU), Building Management Systems (BMS), SCADA, and Industrial Automation controls.

• Demonstrated track record of managing site testing, pre-commissioning, functional performance tests, and full site handover procedures.

• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and spoken).

• Strong communication and instructional skills to effectively mentor, guide, and train site personnel and client operators.
