Delivery Excellence Manager

YOUR ROLE

1. Lead and deliver Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and Automation initiatives to improve endtoend business processes.

2. Drive highimpact transformation projects with measurable financial and operational outcomes.

3. Diagnose current processes, design futurestate solutions, and support implementation.

4. Collaborate with crossfunctional and senior stakeholders to align improvements with business goals.

5. Coach and mentor Green/Black Belts and support a strong Continuous Improvement culture.

6. Conduct Gemba Walks, process mapping, VSM, FMEA, and datadriven analysisPresent insights, progress, and results clearly to leadership.

   YOUR PROFILE

   1. 14+ years of overall experience, with 810+ years in Continuous Improvement / Business or Digital Transformation
   2. Strong handson expertise in Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma (Mandatory: Six Sigma Black Belt certified)
   3. Proven experience leading Kaizen and process improvement programs
   4. Strong analytical, problemsolving, and stakeholder management skills
   5. Handson experience with Quality frameworks (QC/QA/QI)
   6. Working knowledge of RPA and AIdriven automation projects
