Delivery executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and reliable Delivery & Collection Executive to handle product deliveries, collect payments from customers, maintain delivery records, and ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver products and orders to customers, hospitals, pharmacies, and other assigned locations on time.
• Collect cash, cheque, or other authorized payments from customers.
• Ensure all collected payments are handed over to the accounts department promptly.
• Maintain accurate delivery challans, invoices, receipts, and collection records.
• Obtain customer signatures or acknowledgements as proof of delivery.
• Coordinate with the warehouse, sales, customer care, and accounts teams.
• Verify products and quantities before dispatch and delivery.
• Report failed deliveries, payment discrepancies, damaged products, or customer complaints to the concerned team.
• Follow the assigned delivery route and daily schedule efficiently.
• Handle company products and documents responsibly.
• Submit daily delivery and collection reports to the reporting manager.
• Follow company policies and maintain professional behaviour with customers.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: any degree.
• Previous experience in delivery, logistics, courier services, or payment collection is preferred.
• Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving licence.
• Should have a two-wheeler for local deliveries, if required by the company.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones, Google Maps, and digital payment methods.
• Good communication skills and customer-handling ability.
• Honest, punctual, responsible, and willing to travel locally.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
