Delivery Head – AI & Technology

About the Role

CreativeBits AI is looking for a hands-on Delivery Head to own end-to-end delivery of AI and software projects. The ideal

candidate combines strong AI/technical expertise, customer-facing communication, delivery leadership, and the ability to lead

distributed cross-functional teams through measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own delivery of AI projects from requirements and solution design through development, testing, deployment and production.
• Act as the primary senior delivery/technical contact for customers; lead requirement, solution, status and escalation

discussions.

• Lead small, distributed teams of developers, AI/ML engineers, testers, BAs and PMs across India, Kenya and the US.
• Manage distributed teams through clear KPIs and delivery metrics, including sprint velocity, productivity, quality, defect

trends, SLA adherence and delivery predictability.

• Own customer CSAT, customer feedback and escalations; proactively address issues affecting customer satisfaction.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and get into code/debugging when required to unblock delivery.
• Review architecture, APIs, databases, integrations and cloud deployments and ensure engineering best practices.
• Translate business requirements into practical AI-enabled solutions and ensure successful customer adoption.

Technical Requirements

• AI / GenAI: Proven experience delivering AI/GenAI projects; LLMs, RAG, AI APIs, vector databases and AI application architecture.
• Backend: Strong hands-on Python, REST APIs, microservices and SQL/PostgreSQL.
• Frontend: Strong understanding of React, JavaScript/TypeScript and frontend/API integration.
• Cloud & DevOps: Working knowledge of AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker, Git, CI/CD and Linux.
• Ability to understand the full technology stack and make practical architecture and delivery decisions.

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 12 years of professional experience in software, technology, AI or digital delivery.
• Strong verbal and written communication with excellent customer-facing skills.
• A technical leader who is still hands-on—not a pure project/program manager.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering AI projects for enterprise customers.
• Strong ownership, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage teams through data, KPIs and outcomes, rather than only task/status tracking.
• Experience managing distributed, cross-cultural teams across multiple geographies and time zones.

Pay: Up to ₹2,170,000.00 per year
