Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Head to lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology solutions across Distributor Management Systems (DMS), Sales Force Automation (SFA), and Route-to-Market (RTM). The ideal candidate will have strong FMCG/CPG domain expertise, proven delivery leadership, customer management skills, and experience managing large-scale, multi-client implementation programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of DMS, SFA, and RTM implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and transformation programs.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, quality, delivery governance, risks, and performance metrics.
• Drive operational excellence, resource optimization, delivery predictability, and continuous improvement.
• Provide strategic direction on distributor operations, order management, inventory, secondary sales, trade promotions, field sales execution, and route planning.
• Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, business heads, and senior technology stakeholders.
• Manage customer escalations, governance reviews, and executive steering committee meetings.
• Lead and mentor project managers, program managers, delivery managers, and cross-functional teams.
• Own delivery budgets, project profitability, margins, resource utilization, and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with Sales and Pre-Sales teams on RFPs, solution estimation, and delivery planning.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, contractual commitments, quality standards, and customer requirements.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

• 18–20 years of experience in enterprise software delivery, program management, implementation, or professional services.
• Strong domain expertise in DMS, SFA, and RTM.
• Experience in FMCG, CPG, retail technology, or enterprise SaaS.
• Proven experience leading large-scale, complex, multi-client implementations and transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of distributor ecosystems, field sales operations, trade processes, and go-to-market operations.
• Experience in delivery governance, financial management, resource planning, and customer escalation management.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and strategic decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud-based enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Exposure to SAP and other ERP integrations.
• Experience managing global delivery teams and international client engagements.
• PMP, PgMP, Agile, or equivalent certifications.

Ideal Candidate: A strategic delivery leader with deep DMS, SFA, and RTM expertise, strong commercial acumen, and a proven track record of delivering complex programs while improving customer satisfaction, profitability, and operational efficiency.
