Hiring: Bilingual Data & Application Delivery Professionals – Multiple Openings

We are supporting a leading global consulting and technology firm with multiple opportunities for bilingual professionals across Data & Analytics, Business Systems Analysis, Application Support, and Data Delivery Leadership .

These roles offer the opportunity to work with business and technology stakeholders, support enterprise data platforms, and contribute to large-scale application development, modernization, and delivery initiatives.

Open Positions:

1. Data Domain Delivery Head (Bilingual)

• Lead large-scale Data & Analytics and application delivery.
• Manage data platform engineering, data engineering, ETL, integration, reporting, and testing teams.
• Oversee delivery commitments, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
• Lead transformation and cloud adoption programs.
• Manage executive governance, stakeholder expectations, and bilingual reporting.

Ideal background: 12–16+ years in Data & Analytics / application delivery, 10+ years managing large ADM portfolios, strong data engineering expertise, and experience leading Japan-based enterprise engagements.

2. BAU Support Service Lead (Bilingual)

• Lead application management and support services.
• Oversee incident, problem, and change management.
• Drive root cause analysis, issue resolution, and recurring-incident prevention.
• Identify opportunities for automation and AI-assisted support.
• Manage service delivery, governance, and stakeholder communication.

Ideal background: 8–12+ years in application management / support services, strong Japanese client-facing experience, IT service management, and Agile / Scrum delivery. BFSI experience and Azure / SQL Server knowledge are advantages.

3. FSI Business System Analyst (Bilingual)

• Bridge business stakeholders, product owners, and offshore delivery teams.
• Support data integration applications and enterprise data platform initiatives.
• Analyze requirements and coordinate testing and releases.
• Contribute to application development, enhancements, and modernization.

Ideal background: Strong Japanese and business English, business analysis, and experience with Java / VB-related data integration applications. Insurance domain knowledge is a plus.

4. Business System Analyst (Bilingual)

• Facilitate workshops with business and technology stakeholders.
• Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Create BRDs, functional specifications, and user stories.
• Translate Japanese business requirements into clear delivery requirements for offshore teams.
• Support Agile / Waterfall delivery and maintain requirements traceability.

Ideal background: Business systems analysis, requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and bilingual Japanese–English communication. Insurance industry experience is an advantage.

What We're Looking For:

• Business-level English for global and offshore collaboration
• Experience in business analysis, application delivery, IT service management, or data platforms, depending on the role
