DELIVERY HELPER

A. FUNCTIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Leads in the loading and unloading of company products

2. Primarily responsible for preparing the stocks for layout and counterchecking by clients of products delivered

3. Checks merchandise and packages per SKU in terms of quantity and quality versus applicable Delivery documents.

   B. Strictly observe the 11 General Orders for Helpers:

   Assist the Driver in the observance of the B-L-O-W-B-A-G- E-T-S

   Absolutely not allowed to Drive

   No drinking of liquor while on Trip

   No Riders/Hitchhikers allowed

   No smoking inside the truck

   Remind Drivers of traffic rules

   Show courtesy to Customers and observe delivery procedures

   Observe hygiene and wear proper uniform

   Report any accident or damage on truck immediately and maintain cleanliness

   No Contraband or any prohibited items inside the truck

   No Pilferages and false liquidations

4. Ensure that truck temperature is within standard level, depending on product requirement. This is to avoid damage to products/goods throughout the entire trip.

5. Assists the truck driver in the maneuver of the vehicle in reaching their destination.

6. Assists the truck driver in the trouble-shooting of truck breakdown.

7. Helps maintain the internal and external cleanliness of the truck at all times, including washing of the vehicle after every delivery.

8. Responsible for the safekeeping of the cargo, goods or merchandise to avoid shortages or loss and is liable in the event of neglect or pilferage.

9. Secures travel fund from Logistics Clerk or Finance-Acctg and ensure proper liquidation of the fund upon return.

10. Secures delivery permits (NMIS), bill of lading, Customs permit and other port related documents.

11. Reports to work on time in his assigned delivery schedule.

12. Acts as a responsible representative of the Company to its Clients and Customers.

13. Acts as Leadman when circumstances warrant, from time to time.

14. Performs other duties and responsibilities inherent in the position as Helper and all other tasks which may be assigned from time to time by his immediate superior.
