Delivery Helper

About the role

We are seeking a Delivery Helper to join the logistics team at SUPER CANDY CORPORATION. This is a full-time position based in Caloocan City, Metro Manila. As a Delivery Helper, you will play a crucial role in our distribution operations, ensuring that our products reach customers efficiently and safely. This position is essential to maintaining our reputation for reliable and timely delivery services across the region.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting in the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles with care and efficiency
• Supporting the delivery driver in transporting goods to various customer locations
• Helping to organise and arrange products in the delivery vehicle to maximise space and ensure product safety
• Assisting with the delivery of packages to customers, including helping to carry items and providing basic customer service
• Recording delivery information and obtaining customer signatures or confirmations as required
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the delivery vehicle and equipment
• Reporting any damage to products or vehicle issues to the supervisor immediately
• Following all health and safety procedures and company policies during all warehouse and delivery activities
• Supporting additional warehousing tasks as needed to maintain efficient operations

What we're looking for

• Physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry heavy items regularly (up to 25 kg or more)
• Reliability and punctuality, with a strong commitment to meeting delivery schedules
• Basic numeracy skills for recording and verifying deliveries
• Good communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor when interacting with customers
• Ability to work efficiently as part of a team under supervision
• Knowledge of the local Caloocan City and Metro Manila area, or willingness to learn delivery routes
• Valid government-issued identification and ability to comply with company safety requirements
• Experience in delivery, warehousing, or logistics operations is preferred but not essential for the right candidate
• A clean driving record is advantageous if you will be assisting with vehicle operation
