Delivery Helper

About the role

J&M Logistics is seeking a Delivery Helper to join our dynamic warehousing and distribution team. This is a full-time position based in Sucat, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. As a Delivery Helper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient movement and delivery of goods to our customers. Your contributions will directly impact our operational success and customer satisfaction, making you an essential member of our logistics network.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting with the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
• Helping to sort, organise and arrange packages and goods for timely distribution
• Supporting the delivery driver during route deliveries to customers
• Maintaining accurate records of delivered items and obtaining customer signatures where required
• Conducting basic vehicle safety checks and reporting any mechanical issues to management
• Ensuring all goods are handled with care to minimise damage and loss
• Keeping the vehicle clean and organised throughout the working day
• Following all health and safety protocols and company policies at all times
• Assisting with warehouse operations including stock management and inventory checks
• Communicating effectively with team members to ensure smooth delivery operations

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Physical fitness and ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 25 kg regularly
• A valid driver's licence (not required for driving, but advantageous for understanding road safety)
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Reliability and commitment to punctuality
• Knowledge of basic vehicle safety and maintenance practices
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and outdoor environments
• Previous experience in logistics, warehousing or delivery operations is desirable but not essential
• Customer service mindset and willingness to assist customers professionally
