DELIVERY HUB SUPERVISOR

We are looking for a Delivery Hub Supervisor who will oversee the daily operations of the delivery hub and ensure that all operational activities are completed efficiently and in accordance with company standards. The successful candidate will supervise hub personnel, monitor delivery operations and packages, prepare reports, address operational concerns, and ensure compliance with J&T Express performance standards and deadlines.

The Delivery Hub Supervisor will also work closely with Branch Admins and Sprinters to achieve daily operational goals and maintain smooth and efficient hub operations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year college course
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience
• With background or experience in Logistics Operations, Delivery Operations, or E-Commerce
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Willing to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Good computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office
• Physically fit and able to perform operational tasks when needed
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to supervise and manage a team of at least 10 personnel
• Capable of handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines

Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure that CCTV systems are operational and functioning properly.
• Monitor the attendance of all Delivery Hub employees, including absences, tardiness, and leaves.
• Report cases of AWOL, resignation, and other employee concerns to the appropriate HR personnel.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve and speed up daily hub operations.
• Supervise, motivate, coach, and guide employees to improve performance.
• Coordinate the daily activities and responsibilities of all personnel within the Delivery Hub.
• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss operational concerns, including pending VIP and Shopee deliveries.
• Prepare and submit regular Delivery Hub situation reports to the Area Manager.
• Coordinate with Sprinter Team Leaders regarding the assignment and deployment of Sprinters.
• Maintain good relationships with clients and VIP accounts.
• Organize daily workflow and ensure that Branch Admins and Sprinters understand their assigned duties and responsibilities.
• Monitor delivery package details and ensure compliance with Quality Control standards and applicable penalties.
• Cascade and implement company policies, directives, and instructions from Management through the Area Manager.
• Ensure that the processing of damaged and headless parcels is properly monitored and conducted under CCTV surveillance.
• Develop plans and initiatives to improve Delivery Hub performance, including training and coaching of Sprinters.
• Monitor employee productivity and provide appropriate coaching, guidance, and motivation.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned based on operational requirements.
