Delivery Lead

About the role:

• The HRIS Delivery Lead is responsible for the continuity, quality and performance of delivery on HRIS solutions (SAP HR, HR4U, SuccessFactors, HR repositories, interfaces).

• He/She ensures the daily link between HR professions, BA teams, RUN/BUILD teams and delivery centers.

A typical day might include the following:

Management of the HRIS solution

• Guarantee the quality of service, availability and performance of HRIS modules.

• Follow up on incidents, requests and developments not handled by the service desk.

• Ensure cyber compliance and application security (MCO/MCS, audits, patches).

• Oversee obsolescence, updates, evolutions and maintainability.

Cross-functional coordination

• Synchronize daily delivery between HR professions, BA and client IT teams.

• Ensure the link with integrators / HRS competence centers / nearshore/offshore teams.

• Arbitrate priorities in conjunction with HR managers, HRS and the BA concerned.

Build-to-Run & roadmap

• Build or co-consolidate the technical and functional HRIS roadmap.

• Prepare and validate the transition to recurring mode (Move to Run).

• Define expected service levels, commitments, and quality criteria.

Compliance & Standards

• Ensure the application of enterprise IT standards, SOX methodologies and rules.

• Keep HRIS documentation up to date (process, operation, safety instructions).

Delivery tracking

• Track backlog, loads, milestones, and commitments.

• Check the quality of deliverables and verify compliance with SLAs.

• Produce structured and recurring reporting.

Technical Requirements:

• HRIS roadmap (evolutions, fixes, projects).

• Dashboards (quality indicators, incidents, backlog, SLA, capacity).

• Up-to-date application and technical documentation.

• Continuous improvement plans and recommendations.

• Test sets, release notes, release folders

Additional Requirements:

• Very good knowledge of one or more HRIS: SuccessFactors, HR4U, SAP HR, HR frameworks.

• Understanding HR processes (payroll, core HR, training, talent, identity).

• Mastery of the RUN/BUILD cycle, application security and enterprise IT practices.

• Knowledge of HRIS architectures and interfaces.

Service Delivery & Operational Model

• Solid experience (5–10 years) on an HRIS in production (SAP HR / HR4U / SuccessFactors).

• Delivery, quality and application operation-oriented profile, not just project-oriented.

• Ability to manage a critical perimeter with strong business visibility.
