Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Delivery Lead / Technical Lead with over 12 years of IT services experience and a minimum of 5 years in a Technical Lead or Delivery Lead role. The ideal candidate should possess a strong blend of technical expertise, delivery management capabilities, client-facing experience, and leadership skills.
The candidate must be a hands-on, AI-driven technology leader capable of architecting solutions, leading high-performing teams, managing end-to-end project delivery, and driving successful outcomes for global clients. The role demands a professional who can balance technical depth with delivery excellence while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with the highest quality standards.
Experience working with US-based Banking or Insurance clients is highly preferred due to the complexity of stakeholder management and client engagement involved.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Delivery Leadership

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, from requirement gathering and solution design through development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Own project planning, estimation, execution, risk management, and delivery governance.
• Ensure successful delivery of projects within committed timelines, budget, scope, and quality standards.
• Drive delivery cadences, project reviews, status reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Manage cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams and technology stacks.

Full Stack Technology Leadership

• Provide technical leadership across modern enterprise application development initiatives.

• Hands-on development experience in at least one of the following technology stacks:

• .NET / .NET Core

• Java / Spring Boot

• Python-based Enterprise Frameworks

• Guide teams on application architecture, coding standards, solution design, security, scalability, and performance optimization.

• Review technical solutions, architecture decisions, and implementation approaches.

AI-Driven Engineering

• Champion AI-powered development practices and productivity improvements.
• Leverage Generative AI, AI-assisted development tools, and automation opportunities across the software development lifecycle.
• Evaluate and recommend AI-based solutions that enhance delivery efficiency, quality, and operational effectiveness.
• Drive adoption of emerging technologies and innovation initiatives within teams.

Program & Delivery Management

• Manage multiple projects and programs concurrently.
• Establish delivery governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms.
• Define project milestones, delivery roadmaps, resource plans, and success metrics.
• Track dependencies and ensure effective coordination among teams and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvements in delivery processes and team effectiveness.

Risk Management

• Proactively identify project, delivery, operational, and technical risks.
• Develop mitigation and contingency plans.
• Escalate risks appropriately and drive resolution before impacting project outcomes.
• Maintain strong governance around risk tracking and issue management.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as a trusted technology and delivery partner for clients.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, product owners, and executive leadership.
• Manage challenging client conversations and expectations professionally.
• Demonstrate the confidence and maturity to push back on unrealistic timelines, scope changes, and delivery commitments when required.
• Build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
