Delivery Lead

We're looking for a Delivery Lead to join a major People Transformation programme, leading the implementation of a new Employee Relations Case Management System.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing structure, organisation and momentum to projects. You'll take ownership of delivery, coordinating stakeholders across HR, technology and the wider business to ensure successful implementation of a business-critical solution.

Whilst experience with HR or People systems would be beneficial, we're primarily seeking someone with strong project delivery skills who can manage plans, risks, dependencies and stakeholders effectively.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading the day-to-day delivery of an Employee Relations Case Management System implementation
• Managing project plans, milestones and delivery schedules
• Coordinating activities across HR, technology teams and third-party suppliers
• Managing risks, issues, actions and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle
• Facilitating project meetings, workshops and stakeholder reviews
• Producing project reporting, governance updates and status communications
• Supporting testing, training, business readiness and implementation activities
• Ensuring successful handover into business-as-usual operations

What We're Looking For

• Experience leading the delivery of small to medium-sized projects or significant workstreams within larger programmes
• Strong project planning, coordination and organisational skills
• Experience managing project governance, reporting, RAID logs and stakeholder communications
• Ability to work across multiple stakeholder groups and drive delivery outcomes
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience delivering system implementations, change initiatives or transformation projects

Nice to Have

• HR, People, Employee Relations or HR Systems experience
• Experience working on software implementation projects
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery approaches
• Experience within large, complex organisations

Contract Details

• Initial 6-month contract
• Hybrid working model
• Ideally 3 days per week onsite near Hounslow
