Up to £600/day | Outside IR35 | 6 months | Hybrid, UK-based

We’ve partnered with a household-name global consumer brand on a major core HR and payroll transformation. They need an action-driven Delivery Lead who gets into the detail day to day, and you’ll join right as the programme moves from the onboarding MVP into Core HR.

The good news.. governance and sequencing are already covered by a Programme Manager so your focus will be set on delivering rather than chasing budgets or writing TPM-style reports.

What you’ll be doing as a Delivery Lead :

• Getting clarity on the full employee data lifecycle as the Core HR phase kicks off, from hire to core record to updates and integration into the ERP
• Identifying and reporting risks
• Getting into technical detail across architecture and integrations
• Communicating across the programme with engineers, data teams and HR on compliance
• Managing the core HR vendor while commercials are still being finalised

What they’re looking for in a Delivery Lead :

• A jack of all trades Delivery Lead who’s comfortable in the detail
• Strong vendor management
• Someone who builds a “one team” relationship but is willing to push back and have difficult conversations
• Comfortable with technical detail and with talking to engineers
