Delivery Lead (m/w/d)

We are looking for an experienced Technical Delivery Lead in Madrid to support the delivery of business-critical technology initiatives in an international environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and product teams.
• Manage delivery activities, risks, dependencies, and priorities.
• Support solution design and implementation.
• Drive Agile delivery and stakeholder communication.

Your Profile

• Experience as a Technical Delivery Lead, Solution Architect, Product Owner, Technical Project Manager, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of solution design and enterprise applications.
• Experience working with development teams and business stakeholders.
• Agile mindset and delivery experience.
• Excellent communication skills in an international environment.
• Fluent English (C1).

Nice to Have

• Experience in Finance, Banking, ERP, or other complex business domains.
• Knowledge of APIs, integrations, cloud platforms, or enterprise architecture.
