Delivery Lead w Mendix

Position Description

The Delivery Lead is responsible for the successful delivery, operation, and continuous improvement of applications developed on the Mendix low-code platform.

Acting as the primary point of coordination between business stakeholders, technical teams, and service providers, the role ensures service reliability, application performance, and alignment with business objectives across both RUN and project activities.

Your future duties and responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate day-to-day RUN activities for Mendix applications.
• Ensure the delivery of enhancements, releases, and project milestones within agreed timelines and quality standards.
• Manage relationships with business stakeholders, development teams, and external vendors.
• Monitor service performance, application availability, and user satisfaction through defined KPIs and SLAs.
• Coordinate incident, problem, and change management activities, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency, application quality, and support processes.
• Identify risks, manage escalations, and implement mitigation plans when required.
• Contribute to service governance, reporting, and operational review meetings.

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

• At least 3 years of experience in application delivery, service management, or similar IT delivery roles.
• Hands-on experience with Mendix or another enterprise low-code platform.
• Proven experience managing both RUN operations and application enhancement projects.
• Good understanding of IT service management principles, preferably within an ITIL framework.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and third-party service providers.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Professional proficiency in English; French is considered an advantage.
