For our client, a successful company focused on software development and digital solutions, we are looking for a proactive and well-organized professional for the position of:

DELIVERY MANAGER

Belgrade

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery across multiple client projects and engineering teams.
• Define and track timelines, priorities, resources and milestones.
• Act as a key contact for clients and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Identify and manage risks, blockers and dependencies.
• Provide clear updates on project progress, risks and forecasts.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and support collaboration between teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure projects meet quality and release-readiness standards.
• Monitor delivery capacity, resources and budgets.
• Improve delivery processes and ways of working.
• Support Engineering Team Leads through collaboration and influence, without direct people-management responsibility.
• Contribute to pre-sales and account development activities.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in project, delivery or program management, preferably in software development, technology services, outsourcing or SaaS.
• Experience working with clients and cross-functional or engineering teams.
• Good understanding of project planning, risk and dependency management.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and tools such as Jira, Confluence or similar.
• Strong communication, organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with technical teams without being a hands-on engineer.
• Ability to influence and drive progress without formal authority.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Based in Belgrade or open to hybrid work from Belgrade.
