Delivery Management Specialist

Job Responsibilities

1.  Review customer purchase orders, including part number, quantity, price, delivery date, shipping address, trade terms, and special requirements.

2.  Coordinate with planning, material control, production, warehouse, and logistics teams to confirm order deliverability.

3.  Maintain order-status tracking and follow up on overdue, partial, frozen, credit-frozen, and customer-change cases.

4.  Prepare shipping notices, customer responses, and daily/weekly delivery reports.

5.  Support customer system/portal updates for ASN, commit, and shipment status.

Job Requirements

1.  Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

2.  2-5 years of experience in order management, customer service, delivery management, or planning coordination.

3.  Experience in a manufacturing customer-order environment.

4.  Detail-oriented, customer-focused, with strong follow-up capability and good English communication skills.

5.  Familiar with ERP order modules, customer portals, Excel, and Outlook.
