Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Responsible for end-to-end design, planning, installation, and commissioning of hardware, network, virtualization, storage, and security infrastructure aligned with project requirements.
2. Provide deep technical expertise across compute, storage, network, and security domains along with strong project execution and infrastructure documentation capabilities.
3. Prepare and review:
   • High-Level Design (HLD)
   • Low-Level Design (LLD)
   • SOPs and operational documents
   • Procurement and technical alignment documents
4. Design and manage enterprise storage infrastructure including:
   • SAN and NAS Storage
   • Block Storage
   • S3 Object Storage
   • Ceph Storage
   • Storage-based replication
   • S3-based replication
   • SAN Switches
5. Manage and administer virtualization and hypervisor platforms including:
   • VMware vSphere
   • Microsoft Hyper-V
   • Oracle Linux Virtualization Manager
6. Perform OS installation, configuration, and administration of operating systems:
   • Red Hat Enterprise Linux
   • SUSE Linux Enterprise Server
   • Ubuntu
   • Microsoft Windows Server
7. Backup Enterprise Backup Solutions - Software installation, configuration, and administration
   • Commvault
   • Veeam
   • Backup policy , Backup and Restoration
8. K8s - installation, configuration, and administration
   • Red Hat -OpenShift
   • SUSE Linux Enterprise Server - Rancher
9. Middle ware -

1. Virtualization & Hypervisor
   • VMware vSphere

2. Design Data Centre Physical Infrastructure including:
   • Rack sizing and allocation
   • Power distribution planning
   • Cooling and environmental requirements
   • Structured cabling design
   • Network and server connectivity planning
3. Design networking and security infrastructure using application data flow understanding:
   • Perimeter and internal firewall sizing
   • Load balancer architecture
   • Spine-leaf network architecture
   • Network segmentation
   • IDS/IPS implementation
   • DDoS protection architecture
   • Security zoning and access controls
4. Provide high-level understanding and integration support for: HA , Backup and Admin
   • Databases:
     • IBM DB2
     • PostgreSQL
     • MySQL
   • Security Solutions: -
     • PAM
     • SIEM
     • SOAR
     • DLP
     • EDR
     • DAM
   • Enterprise Infrastructure Components:
     • Firewalls

5. Lead infrastructure projects and manage cross-functional technical teams for timely project execution and delivery.
6. Ensure infrastructure compliance with security and governance standards including:

• International Organization for Standardization 27001
• ISO 20000
• ISMS
• BCMS

1. Hands-on experience with ITSM processes including:

• Incident Management
• Problem Management
• Change Management
• Risk Management
• Asset Management
• Capacity Management
• Ticket Management
