Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery of wealth management and banking transformation projects.
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and delivery quality.
Work closely with banking/wealth management clients and senior stakeholders.
Drive requirements, solution implementation, process improvement, and business transformation.
Manage cross-functional teams and ensure effective resource allocation and delivery.
Oversee UAT, issue resolution, governance, and change management.
Track project KPIs, prepare management reports, and provide regular status updates.
Identify delivery risks and ensure timely mitigation/escalation.
Support business development, proposals, client presentations, and account growth.
Ensure adherence to methodologies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
