Job Title: Tech Lead
Experience: 10-12 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Own technical decisions, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure robust, secure systems
Manage resourcing and delivery timelines across projects
Collaborate with clients/stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions

Must-Have Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security
Solid Full-Stack / Back-End Web Development experience
Proven track record as a Technical Team Lead
Strong understanding of Software Architecture & Design principles
Proficiency with Git and modern SDLC practices
Experience in client-facing roles, gathering and translating requirements
