Delivery Manager

Responsibilities:

• Ensure delivery governance, quality and documentation standards across IT services
• Implement and enforce QA processes, templates and best practices
• Manage delivery across Agile teams (Scrum/Kanban) in infra/ops/devops contexts
• Structure documentation (runbooks, KB, change records, validation evidence)
• Support change management processes (CAB, risk, compliance)
• Provide clear reporting and simplify complex topics for executive decision-making

Requirements:

• 7+ years in IT delivery management / service delivery / PMO
• Experience with Agile methodologies and technical teams (infra/devops)
• Proven experience implementing governance and quality frameworks
• Familiarity with ITSM / ITIL and change management
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in Portuguese and English
• European Union Citizenship or Portuguese Working Visa / Portuguese Residency
• Availability to go to the office, once or twice per week
