Delivery Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Delivery Manager to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will drive end-to-end delivery for life insurance and annuities initiatives, with a strong focus on project planning, execution, and stakeholder alignment.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, external vendors, and business partners to keep complex programs on track while supporting regulatory compliance, budget management, and operational objectives.

The position also offers the opportunity to contribute to AI-enabled digital transformation efforts in a collaborative, remote-first environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $115,000 – $120,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans for life and annuity projects.
• Guide project requirements using expertise in life and annuity products.
• Manage cross-functional teams and oversee performance objectives.
• Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders and provide project updates.
• Ensure projects meet regulatory compliance and industry standards.
• Identify risks and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.
• Monitor budgets to ensure cost-effective project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5-10 years of experience in technology project management.
• Experience as a Delivery Manager focused on life insurance and annuities.
• Strong project management and leadership skills; project management certification preferred.
• Deep knowledge of life and annuity products and TPA operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
