Delivery Manager

The Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s delivery operations, ensuring that products and materials are delivered safely, accurately, efficiently, and on time.

Job Description:

· Delivery Operations Management - Plan, organize, and oversee daily delivery operations.

· Warehouse Coordination - Coordinate closely with the Warehouse Team to ensure orders are complete and ready for dispatch.

· Fleet and Vehicle Management - Monitor the availability and condition of company delivery vehicles.

· Driver and Delivery Personnel Management - Supervise and manage drivers, delivery helpers, and other delivery personnel.

· Delivery Documentation and Controls - Ensure proper preparation and completion of Delivery Receipts (DR), invoices, gate passes, pull-out forms, and other delivery documents.

· Customer and Site Coordination -Coordinate with customers, project managers, site personnel, and receiving personnel regarding delivery schedules.

· Safety and Compliance - Ensure compliance with company safety policies and applicable transportation and road regulations.

· Performance Monitoring and Reporting -Prepare regular reports on delivery performance and operational activities.

· Cost and Process Improvement -Identify opportunities to reduce delivery and logistics costs without compromising service quality.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

· At least 3–5 years of managerial experience in delivery, logistics, warehouse, fleet, or transportation operations.

· Experience in manufacturing, distribution, construction, furniture, retail, or project-based operations is an advantage.

· Knowledge of warehouse and logistics processes.

· Strong knowledge of delivery scheduling, route planning, fleet management, and inventory coordination.

· Familiarity with delivery documentation and basic logistics reporting.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

· Familiarity with GPS, delivery tracking systems, ERP, WMS, or logistics management systems is an advantage.

· Willingness to travel or conduct field/site visits when required.

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
