Project Manager / Delivery Manager – B2B Digital Platform | Brixton, London

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Delivery Manager to support the delivery and launch of a new B2B Trade Portal for a business operating within the travel sector.

This is an opportunity for a delivery-focused professional to work across business, IT and operational teams, ensuring requirements are aligned, key decisions are made efficiently, and the project remains on track for its planned Q1 go-live.

The successful candidate will be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, engaging stakeholders at all levels and driving progress through clear communication, pragmatic decision-making and effective delivery management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the delivery of the new B2B Trade Portal through to launch.
• Ensure business requirements are fully understood, documented, prioritised and incorporated into the delivery plan.
• Work closely with business, IT and operational stakeholders to maintain alignment and ensure effective collaboration.
• Drive departmental decisions and resolve issues, dependencies and delivery blockers.
• Monitor milestones, risks and progress against the agreed delivery timeline.
• Establish clear communication and accountability across teams without creating unnecessary meetings or lengthy workshops.
• Ensure the solution meets business and partner requirements ahead of the planned Q1 launch.

Experience and Skills Required

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Delivery Manager delivering digital platforms, websites or B2B portals.
• Strong experience working across business and technology teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Demonstrable ability to drive decisions, manage dependencies and maintain delivery momentum.
• A pragmatic, discreet and collaborative approach, with the ability to integrate quickly into an established team.
• A strong focus on delivery, outcomes and meeting critical deadlines.

Contract Details

• Location: London – office-based.
• Duration: Initial 3–6 month contract.
• Day Rate: Up to £550 per day, Inside IR35 , depending on experience.
• Start Date: Immediate start preferred.
• Alternative: Full-time opportunities may also be considered.
