Delivery Manager

💼 About the Role

As a Delivery Manager, you'll oversee project activities from planning through completion, using Agile or Waterfall methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time and according to agreed scope and quality expectations.

You'll also help drive continuous delivery pipeline improvements while managing project plans, budgets, risks, issues, and resources.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery within the ITG scope using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Lead project management activities to support timely and successful delivery.
• Develop, maintain, and secure the necessary approvals for project plans and work plans.
• Prepare and maintain project status reports covering delivery schedules, quality, and scope.
• Track project budgets and costs, as applicable.
• Document project risks and issues, coordinate resolutions, and escalate concerns when necessary.
• Manage resources assigned to projects.
• Direct the development of the continuous delivery pipeline to improve delivery speed, quality, and efficiency.

✅ Must-Have Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Delivery Management .
• Banking industry experience.
• An IT Infrastructure Delivery Management background.
